RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, with tags and in its original package. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return you can contact us on info@tenutamoriano.com. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can solve the problem.




EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some types of items cannot be returned as special orders or personalized items.

Please inquire if you have questions regarding your specific item.



REPLACEMENTS

The fastest way to obtain the desired replacement is to complete the return of the previously purchased item and, once completed, proceed with a separate purchase of the new item.



REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received your return and after that you will be informed of its possible acceptance, if the return is accepted you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember to consider the waiting time for the bank or credit card company to process and publish the refund.
