VARIETY: Sangiovese 90%, Merlot 5%, Cabernet 5%.
WINE-GROWING AREA: from 250 to 280 meters above sea level The soil is clayey and tuff.
TRAINING SYSTEM: Spurred cordon. 5000 plants per hectare.
FERMENTATION: In steel vats at a controlled temperature with maceration of 20 days and with daily pumping over and punching down.
MATURATION: 12 months in French oak barrels and tonneaux.
AGING: 6 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES: Ruby red color with garnet reflections. Scent of wild berries. The flavor is harmonious and balanced, slightly tannic.

PAIRINGS: Stracotto del Chianti, first courses with meat sauces.
