TRAINING SYSTEM:Spurred cordon.
FERMENTATION:Pressing of the grapes for a short maceration of about 8 hours. After the must is introduced into stainless steel vats for a long alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 16 ° C.
MATURATION:At the end of fermentation it is left to rest on the lees for 5 months with frequent bâtonnage.
AGING:3 months in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES:The color is pale cherry red, on the nose there are hints of morello cherry, strawberry and melon, it has a round, full, warm taste with a sapid and harmonious finish.
PAIRINGS: Fish risotto, Spaghetti allo scoglio, fish tartare and Asian cuisine.
An elegant, refined wine, the result of a selection of Sangiovese grapes. A light-colored rose with subtle ruby reflections. Crisp, fresh, light, clean and delicate. It exudes aromas of strawberry, cherry and melon with subtle aromas of citrus and white flowers. In the mouth it is persuasive, fine and intriguing with a pleasantly rich and long finish.
