WINE AREA: from 250 to 280 meters above sea level the land is composed of sand and stratified Pliocene marine tuff.
TRAINING SYSTEM: Spurred Cordon. 5000 vines per hectare
FERMENTATION: Maceration for 15-20 days in steel vats at a controlled temperature.
MATURATION: 18 months in French oak barriques
TASTING NOTES: Intense and deep ruby red wine. Perfume of aromas of ripe fruit and spicy notes. Wide and fruity taste.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 18°
PAIRINGS: Savory first courses, grilled meat, aged cheeses.
Ample and fruity with a thick and dense tannic texture, supported by a good acidity component. Long and persistent finish.
