FERMENTATION: In steel vats at a controlled temperature with 20 days maceration and daily pumping over.
MATURATION: In French oak barrels

TASTING NOTES: Intense ruby red color. Intense and elegant aroma with a hint of wood in harmony with the enveloping aroma of wild berries. Superb taste, tannic but well blended.

Obtained from Merlot grapes, carefully selected and harvested by hand in the vineyards located south-west of the company. This wine has an intense ruby red color with purple hues, fruity, floral and spicy notes on the nose. Vinified in French oak tonneaux, the palate is persistent with soft and elegant tannins that express charm and personality.
